File System Specification Routines

Creating File System Specifications

You can use either the FSMakeFSSpec function or the PBMakeFSSpec function to
create FSSpec records. You should always use FSMakeFSSpec or PBMakeFSSpec
to create an FSSpec record rather than allocating space and filling out the fields of the record yourself.
