Controlling Menu Bar Visibility

The Mac OS 8.5 Menu Manager provides the following functions to control the visibility of the menu bar:

• HideMenuBar conceals menu bar.
• IsMenuBarVisible reports whether the menu bar is currently visible.
• ShowMenuBar displays the menu bar.
