Application-Defined Routines
This section describes how to create your own control definition function--declared
here as MyControl--which your application needs to provide when defining new, nonstandard controls. This section also describes action procedures--declared here
as MyAction and MyIndicatorAction--which define additional actions to be performed repeatedly as long as the user holds down the mouse button while the
cursor is in a control. For example, you need to define an action procedure for scrolling through a document while the user holds down the mouse button and the cursor is
in a scroll arrow.
