Adding Menus to and Removing Menus From the Current Menu List

After creating a menu with NewMenu or GetMenu, use the InsertMenu procedure to insert the menu into the current menu list. Use the DeleteMenu procedure to delete
a menu from the current menu list; use the ClearMenuBar procedure to remove all menus from the current menu list.
